All prospective bidders for MTA tenders have to be registered with the local ePPS electronic tendering system. Please make sure that you proceed as follows:
In order for you to submit an offer you will need to REGISTER first.
Kindly access the ePPS portal, and click on Register as a Supplier near the top left hand side (as shown below).
Fill in the online form (Step 2 (regarding CPVs) is not mandatory) and submit it.
You will receive an email which you need to print, fill in, sign, scan and send back to the Department of Contracts using the email address indicated in the email body.
Once this is received, your application will be vetted and if everything is confirmed, it will be approved.
