MTA Rebrands Logo and Visuals

The new branding is based on the Maltese Cross, the traditional symbol of the islands. In the new logo, the Maltese Cross has been broken down into its four arms. Each arm of the cross has its own distinctive colour, originating from the traditional Luzzu fishing boat. The colours are red, yellow, blue and green, which also represent sun, sand, sea and land.

The tagline to the new campaign is “More than we could ever tell.” This promises the audience that there is so much awaiting them should they visit, and that seeing Malta for yourself is the only way to fully appreciate it.

Stunning photography of the three islands of Malta, Gozo and Comino, and their inhabitants, will play a major role in the campaign, allowing pictures to tell part of the story.
