A. As per research brief security personnel are requested to open all 7 gates at 08.00hrs and close at 23.00hrs. Personnel are requested to do a visual inspection of Pembroke Gardens every time they open and close Pembroke Gardens in order to make sure that nobody is left inside and to check for any vandalism. Moreover, while doing the visual inspection, security personnel are requested to scan all the 7 coded terminals twice daily (which will be installed by the awarded bidder) upon opening and upon closing of Pembroke Gardens. The awarded contractor is also requested to send a report at the end of each week to the contracting authority showing that the personnel have scanned all coded terminals twice daily, 7 days a week. Additionally, security personnel have to report any vandalism to the contracting authority immediately.

c) Scan all the 7 coded terminals
d) Close all gates (7 in number at 23.00hrs)
