The remit of the MTA Board is clearly defined in the Malta Travel & Tourism Services Act Part 2, Title 1 section 3, whereas the role of the Enforcement Board is defined in Title 2, section 12 of the sane Act.

Enforcement Board
The role of the Tenders Committee is to oversee all the MTA’s procurement process, which includes reviewing all the MTA’s Tenders prior to their issuance on the local/foreign media.
