Hotel Worker of the Year
This STAR award is aimed specifically at exemplary workers within the hotel sector who excel both in the way they perform their duties and their general attitude towards work. The Hotel Worker of the Year award is a staff-driven award whereby hotel employees of any grade can nominate a fellow worker who they think deserves the award.
How to Participate
Participation in this award scheme is through the Hotel Worker of the Year nomination form.
Individuals working in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations are eligible for this award and should be nominated by a group of five employees (of any grade). The General Manager of the hotel will need to endorse the nomination if he/she does not form part of the nominating group.
Applications for the Hotel Worker of the Year 2010 will open later on this year.
