The Chief Executive Officer notifies that:-
Sealed tenders will be received at the Malta Tourism Authority, Auberge D’Italie, Merchants Street, Valletta by not later than ten o`clock (10.00am) on Tuesday 29th June, 2010 for:-
Tender Advert No. MTA/764/2010 – Service Contract to undertake and report on a Benthic Survey at Xemxija Bay, St Paul’s Bay.
A free electronic copy of the tender document/s in “pdf” format can be sent to prospective bidders on receipt of a formal request made to the Procurement Dept. reachable on patrick.attard@visitmalta.com
or downloaded from the Authority’s website on mta.com.mt
Printed copies can be obtained against a fee of Euro 50 for each tender document from the Procurement Dept. 1ST Floor , Malta Tourism Authority, Auberge D’Italie, Merchants Street, Valletta VLT 1170.
Tenders should be submitted to the above address by not later than 10.00 hours (ten o`clock) on Tuesday 29th June, 2010. The tender documents will be opened before the general public immediately after the closing time in the Boardroom ( 1st floor ) Malta Tourism Authority.
The Malta Tourism Authority reserves the right to choose that offer which in its sole discretion represents the most advantageous tender for the needs of the Authority.
