Cruise Passengers January 2007

In January 2007, the number of cruise passengers arriving in Malta accounted for 1,398 persons, a drop of 4,153 passengers over the same month a year ago.

 

Only one cruise liner called in Malta in January 2007, compared to four in January 2006.

 

During this month, 94.8 per cent of cruise passengers originated from EU countries, the main markets being Germany, Italy and France which together made up 76.5% of the total cruise passenger traffic.
